State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-07-27
Revised: July 2026
Comprehensive US state privacy laws apply to some of our readers — California’s CCPA/CPRA and equivalents in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and further states. This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for them.
Control You Have
Available to you: confirmation of what we hold and access to it; correction of anything wrong; deletion; a portable copy; and opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some states add a right to appeal a refusal. Exercising these rights never results in different pricing or reduced access — that would be unlawful discrimination.
What Categories Apply
The relevant categories are identifiers (IP, cookie identifiers, device identifiers), internet or network activity (page views, referrers and timestamps on dimeparty.com), and contact information limited to any email address you chose to provide. Sources: your device, plus analytics and advertising partners where engaged.
Sale, Sharing and Targeted Ads
We take no payment for personal information. Where ads are served, however, advertising and cookie identifiers may be shared with partners, and state law defines ‘sale’ and ‘share’ widely enough to include that. The opt-out is at Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16.
How Requests Work
Use hello@dimeparty.com for any request under this notice. To opt out you can instead enable Global Privacy Control, which this site detects and respects without further action. Identity is verified through the email address used to write in, replies come within the statutory period, and authorised agents may act with written permission.
