Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-07-27
Under the CCPA/CPRA and equivalent US state statutes you may direct a business to stop selling or sharing your personal information for targeted advertising. Here is what that means on this site, and how to do it.
After You Opt Out
The practical result: identifiers stop going to advertising partners, ads become generic rather than personalised, and nothing else differs. You keep full access to the site and we do not treat opted-out readers differently.
Scope of This Right
To be precise about what is and is not happening: Dimeparty does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, where advertising is displayed on dimeparty.com, advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners, and state law may classify that as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. We therefore make the opt-out available rather than rely on a narrow reading.
- Every visitor to dimeparty.com can exercise this, regardless of whether they have ever given us an email address.
Exercising the Opt-Out
Three ways. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour it automatically, and nothing further is required. Or use the consent banner, where presented, to refuse advertising cookies. Or write to hello@dimeparty.com with the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. You do not need an account with us to do any of this.
This is one right among several; the rest are in our State Privacy Notice.
